Shipping
- Online orders are shipped through USPS with a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.
- Orders typically ship the next business day.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
In-Store Pickup
- If you select in-store pickup at checkout, your order will be ready the next business day for pickup at our location at 4383 Old Harrodsburg Rd. Suite 110.
- For same-day pickup, please call the store at 859-913-7673 for assistance.
Payment Methods
- Online, we accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal.
- In-store, we accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
Registry
- We offer an in-store baby registry. If you need assistance with an order from a registry, please call us for help.
- To set up a registry, give us a call or visit us in store to get started!
Gift Wrap
- We offer free gift wrapping for in-store purchases. For online orders, please call us after placing your order for gift wrapping options.
Returns
- We accept returns for 30 days for store credit or exchanges only. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Some items, such as gift cards and select personal care items, are non-returnable. Sale and clearance items are considered final sale.
- To complete a return, contact us at (859) 303-4781 with your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Once your item is received and inspected, in-store credit will be processed.
- Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and non-refundable.
